You can delete your account whether or not you linked a Google account. Without a Google link, our server still holds an anonymous Firebase user ID and your monthly scan counts; uninstalling the app does not remove these, so use "Delete account" in the app before uninstalling.
If you uninstalled the app or can't use it, email contact@s-hub.shop with the email address of the Google account you linked. If you never linked one, an email can't be matched to your anonymous ID, so delete the account in the app before uninstalling. We confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.
Server data is deleted right away. One exception: if a subscription is still active and was bought before account linking existed, a record keyed by its Google Play purchase token is kept so nobody else can claim it. It holds only the product, expiry, active status and the deletion time, without your user ID or email, and it is not deleted automatically. A deletion marker that holds only a one-way hash of your user ID is kept for a short time and then removed. Server operation logs and crash reports that were already recorded may still contain your user ID until they expire under Google's retention periods (Cloud Logging, Firebase Crashlytics).
